1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Feevox ("the Service"), operated at feevox.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Feevox is a feedback management platform that allows users to create boards, collect ideas, gather votes, and manage product roadmaps. The Service is available in free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature limits.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of boards, ideas, and features. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (ideas, comments, board descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

6.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. Board owners are responsible for moderating content on their boards.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, code, and documentation, is owned by Feevox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. Custom Domains

Paid plans may allow you to connect a custom domain to your board. You are responsible for owning and properly configuring your custom domain. We are not responsible for issues arising from domain misconfiguration or domain disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feevox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
