Multi-language & Internationalization (i18n) Support
Add support for multiple languages so non-English speaking teams can use Feevox in their native language. Start with Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. Boards should be configurable per-language.

Publish interactive API docs using Swagger/OpenAPI so developers can integrate Feevox into their workflows. Enable programmatic idea submission, vote retrieval, and board management via REST API.
